主要用途：

该设备是一种负压式灌装磁力旋盖于二位一体的机器，适用于医药、化工、食品、饮料等行业的糖浆、合剂、冼剂、酊剂、酒剂、农药、饮料或其它液体灌装旋盖用，也可与其它机器组成生产线。本灌装部分采用双室低真空负压等位灌装，旋盖部分采用磁力离合器，特别适用于易产生泡沫，易滴漏，旋紧力度大，瓶子易擦伤的产品。

Main Applications:

This machine merges negative pressure and filling-magnetic force capping into one. It is applicable to filling and capping the syrup, mixture, washing agents, tincture, vinum, pesticides, drink and other liquid in the field of medicine, chemical industry, food and beverage. In addition, it can also make production line with other machines. With double chamber, low vacuum, and capping part with negative pressure filling part and magnetic clutch, this machine applies especially to some products which lather, drip, broke easily, or tighten strongly.

Performance Characteristics:

• Air blast parallels the caps. Drive plate distributes the caps. Spiral cover head catches the caps vertically and accurately.
• Magnetic spiral cover adjusts the tightening, and automatic clutch protects bottle body from break.
• This machine positions accurately, never slip and protect the bottle against break by using the positioning device of cam lift bottle body.
